All our work comes with a comprehensive 10-year workmanship warranty. Manufacturer warranties on materials and components are passed through directly. We also offer optional aftercare contracts for ongoing maintenance.

We use a stage-payment system tied to clearly defined build milestones. Never pay-in-advance. Typical structure: 10% on contract, then 4 to 6 stage payments tied to completion of foundations, structural frame, watertight, internal completion, and final handover.
